This policy explains how Chennai Prabhas Fans Show ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you book tickets on this website.

Data we collect

• Full name
• Mobile number (mandatory, used to hand over tickets at the venue)
• Email address and billing address, if you enter them in the payment window
• Seats selected and order value
• Payment reference IDs (order ID, payment ID) returned by Razorpay

Payment processor

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), our official payment aggregator. To complete your payment we share the following with Razorpay: your name, mobile number, email (if provided), billing address (if provided), and order value along with the seats booked.

Card, net banking and UPI details

Your card numbers, CVV, net banking credentials and UPI PIN are entered directly in Razorpay's secure checkout and are handled on Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified servers. We never see, receive or store these credentials on our website.

How we use your data

• To confirm your booking and reserve your seats
• To verify your identity when handing over tickets at the venue
• To contact you about the show, changes or refunds

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Retention

Booking records are kept only as long as needed for the event, accounting, tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Online payments follow the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on payment aggregators and payment gateways, as implemented by Razorpay.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to datlahiteshrajverma@gmail.com.
