Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or exchanged, as seats are reserved exclusively for you.
If the show is cancelled by the organiser or venue, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, the amount will be refunded in full.
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may take additional time to credit it.
